How We Help

We work directly with the owner(s) of the building to obtain a Certificateof Occupancy.  We compile all the necessary paperwork proving:

           

1. Proof of year the building was constructed;
2. Proof of continuous use;
3. Floor layout drawing;
4. Site layout drawing;
5. Work with City Plan Reviewer;
6. Obtain permit for City inspections only;
7. Meet city inspectors on-site for comments and discuss possible health and safety issues;
8. Price out construction costs to make mandatory improvements (if required);
9. Obtain additional permits, if needed;
10. Attend recall inspections, if needed;
11. Present official copy of Certificate of Occupancy to owner.
