We work directly with the owner(s) of the building to obtain a Certificateof Occupancy. We compile all the necessary paperwork proving:
- Proof of year the building was constructed;
- Proof of continuous use;
- Floor layout drawing;
- Site layout drawing;
- Work with City Plan Reviewer;
- Obtain permit for City inspections only;
- Meet city inspectors on-site for comments and discuss possible health and safety issues;
- Price out construction costs to make mandatory improvements (if required);
- Obtain additional permits, if needed;
- Attend recall inspections, if needed;
- Present official copy of Certificate of Occupancy to owner.
